Working principle: Pneumatic knife gate valve enters the pneumatic actuator through compressed air, drives the piston to move, and then drives the valve stem and gate to move through the torsion shaft, achieving valve opening and closing.

Its pneumatic actuators are divided into single acting (spring driven piston, opened/closed by spring with piston valve when gas is cut off), double acting (gas on/off, requiring a two position five way solenoid valve) and other types to meet different control requirements.
